Betalo has now confirmed (via email) that SAS EuroBonus Mastercard users will no longer earn points when making purchases through their platform or similar services, effective June 1st, 2025. The platform is proactively advising customers to switch to American Express cards if they want to continue earning points on purchases.

5. Increased Amex Signup Bonus: Get 30k EuroBonus Points 🇸🇪🇳🇴

In Sweden and Norway, American Express is offering an increased welcome bonus of up to 30.000 EuroBonus points for new SAS Amex applicants. Application deadline: June 30, 2025.

6. Earn More EuroBonus Points at Restaurants 🇸🇪

In Sweden, you can earn Bonus points at 82 cafes and restaurants. Many are located in the Stockholm area, but there are also restaurants in Gothenburg, Malmö and other cities. You earn between 30 and 100 points for every 100 kronor you spend. To earn points, you just need to link your EuroBonus number to the payment card you use at the restaurant.
