United just dropped three announcements in a single week, and together they represent the biggest upgrade to the airline’s premium product in years. The headline: tickets are now on sale for the first 787-9 Dreamliner with United’s new Elevated interior, featuring the brand-new Polaris Studio suites. At the same time, the entire Guam narrowbody fleet is being replaced with 737 MAX 8 aircraft, and a partnership with Chef’s Table is bringing 11 world-renowned chefs into the Polaris galley starting August 1.

SAS EuroBonus Status Match 2026: Free for Finnair & airBaltic, Paid for British Airways

SAS is actively recruiting elite flyers into EuroBonus, and right now there are two separate status match campaigns running simultaneously. One is free, the other costs €39–€159. Both grant SkyTeam Elite or Elite Plus status across all 18 SkyTeam airlines, including Air France, KLM, Delta, Korean Air, and Virgin Atlantic. And both close by the end of March 2026.

SAS is running status match campaigns targeting Finnair, airBaltic, and British Airways elite members, a clear sign they’re still actively building the EuroBonus base after the SkyTeam switch. Rove Miles just became the first US-based transfer partner for EuroBonus, which is a big deal for North American travelers. On the earning side, there’s a coordinated spring blitz across hotels, car rentals, and activities with double and triple points offers. And SAS is partnering with Google to improve baggage tracking.
