1. New Codeshare Agreement Between SAS And Air Europa

SAS and Air Europa have teamed up in a new codeshare agreement to make traveling between Scandinavia and the Iberian Peninsula easier and more connected. With this partnership, SAS customers can now book flights to 12 amazing destinations in Spain and Portugal, like Barcelona, Málaga, Lisbon, and Oporto, through Air Europa’s network from Madrid. Meanwhile, Air Europa travelers get access to SAS’s extensive Scandinavian network, including cities like Stockholm, Oslo, Bergen, and direct flights between Madrid and Copenhagen launching on April 11, 2025.

The deal also opens up exciting routes to places like Marrakech, Punta Cana, and Salvador de Bahia. Announced at the Fitur International Tourism Fair, this partnership is all about giving travelers more options and making the journey as smooth as possible—all backed by the SkyTeam alliance.

2. SAS Plus Availability To Seoul

SAS recently announced a new nonstop route from Copenhagen to Seoul, starting September 12. Last week, the airline started releasing award seats in SAS Plus (Premium Economy) to EuroBonus members. Check all the details here:

3. Big Changes to SAS Amex Starting April 1st

For people in Norway and Sweden: major changes are coming starting April 1, 2025. Premium cardholders will no longer be able to use vouchers for Business Class travel (though existing vouchers are safe!), while Elite cardholders will see a shift in how they earn Level Points, moving to a system based on spending rather than a fixed annual award.
