What’s Changed

Thanks to the overwhelming support from our community and direct engagement with SAS, we’ve established contact with the right people within the organization. They have been incredibly helpful in working toward a solution.

As of today, all SAS EuroBonus searches are back to normal:

  • ✅ No separation between SAS and SAS EuroBonus SkyTeam programs
  • ✅ Manual searches for SkyTeam partner flights - FULLY RESTORED
  • ✅ Alerts for SkyTeam partner flights - WORKING NORMALLY
  • ✅ SAS-operated flight searches - CONTINUING TO WORK AS ALWAYS

Everything is working exactly as it did before the recent issues began.

All functionality restored! You can now search and set alerts for both SAS-operated flights and all SkyTeam partner airlines without any restrictions or limitations.

Earlier this week, we shared our challenges accessing SAS EuroBonus award availability for SkyTeam partners. The response from our community was incredible:
