Why Aeromexico Rewards?
Aeromexico Rewards offers an exciting and solid program for frequent flyers or those who crave flexibility in their travel rewards. Points never expire, and you can earn them on everyday purchases and flights with Aeromexico (at a rate of 8 points per dollar spent on the base fare). As you accumulate points and move up tiers in the program, you’ll unlock perks like priority boarding, free checked bags, and access to exclusive airport lounges.
The real power comes in how you can redeem your points. Use them for flights on Aeromexico and partner airlines, snag upgrades to a more luxurious cabin, or craft dream vacations with Aeromexico packages. Since Aeromexico belongs to the SkyTeam alliance, you also have the potential to extend your reach and redeem points on flights with other member airlines, opening up a world of travel possibilities.
What AwardFares Offers to Aeromexico Rewards Members
- Up-to-the-minute Availability: We provide real-time information on award seat availability for Aeromexico flights. At the moment, the search only shows availability for Aeromexico flights and not on partner airlines. Those are still bookable via phone.
- Flexible Searching: Search for specific dates or explore options across a date range with our Timeline View.
- More Choices, Better Decisions: Compare award options across different airlines and loyalty programs to find the best fit for your travel plans (e.g., against other SkyTeam programs such as SkyMiles or Flying Blue).
- Maximize Your Points: AwardFares helps you sort and find the most value-efficient ways to use your Aeromeico Rewards Points.

These are our favorite ways to use Puntos Premier (Premier Points), and where you can get the most value out of Aeromexico Rewards tickets.
- Mexico City (MEX) to Buenos Aires (EZE). A sweet spot on Aeromexico Rewards, with awards priced at 50,000 points in economy and 100,000 points in business class (one-way). Aeromexico flies modern Boeing 787 Dreamliners on this route, which offer a comfortable flying experience with lie-flat seats in business class.
- Mexico City (MEX) to Bogotá (BOG). Another great option for exploring South America using Aeromexico Rewards. Economy awards start at 40,000 points (one-way) and business class starts at 70,000 points (one-way). Bogotá is the capital of Colombia and offers a vibrant culture, delicious food, and beautiful scenery.
- Mexico City (MEX) to London (LHR). Traveling to Europe from Mexico City can be expensive on other airlines, but Aeromexico offers competitive award rates. Economy awards start at 60,000 points (one-way) and business class starts at 90,000 points (one-way). Aeromexico flies a mix of Boeing 787 Dreamliners and Boeing 777s on this route, all of which offer comfortable seating and amenities.
