The Fine Print: Rules, Fees, and Flexibility

Before you book, know the rules:

• Change & Cancellation Fees: Changing or canceling a Promo Reward ticket incurs a €70 fee. This is a strict policy, so be sure of your plans before booking.
• Non-Refundable & Non-Changeable: Promo Rewards are non-refundable and non-changeable. The €70 fee is for re-crediting the miles to your account after cancellation, but the ticket itself is not flexible.
• Stopovers: Not permitted on Promo Reward tickets. The discounted fare applies to the direct routing between origin and destination (including standard connections via Paris or Amsterdam).
• Booking for Children: Travellers between 2 and 11 years old receive a 25% discount on the miles fare, which often applies to Promo Rewards as well. For infants under 2, contact customer service to book.
