Good news for EuroBonus members! If you’ve flown with Aerolineas Argentinas (AR) since September 1, 2024, you can now retroactively claim SAS EuroBonus points for those flights. Thanks to SAS joining SkyTeam on September 1, the long-awaited retroactive credit form is finally working on SAS’ website.
On September 1, 2024, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) officially became a member of SkyTeam, opening the door to earning and redeeming points across the alliance’s 19 airlines. This includes Aerolineas Argentinas, Argentina’s flagship carrier. However, right before the transition, the airline updated its website, stating that it wasn’t possible to claim flights with AR (yet), similar to other airlines.
SAS has now removed this legend from their Aerolíneas Argentinas page. Curiously, the legend still remains visible on airlines such as Air Europa, even though it is also possible to claim retroactive activity via their online form.

Interestingly, SAS had also changed the legend under the AR block, now displaying ‘Earn Points’ compared to months before, which said ‘Use Points.’ It also updated the Air Europa block.

Our own team had success claiming flight activity, all the details are below:
