Earlier during the year SAS stopped the ability to book Star Alliance awards using EuroBonus points. However, SAS have now (partially) resumed the ability to book these flights. The service is currently only available by phone. The online booking service is unfortunately still closed at this time.

How to Book
To book a Star Alliance award flight with a 2-4-1 voucher, contact the Tallinn service center. Opening hours and contact details for booking via phone:

To book a Star Alliance award flight without using a 2-4-1 voucher you can contact the regular SAS customer service. For SAS award flights (with or without a voucher) you can use the regular SAS online points booking.
Current Restrictions
There are still many travel restriction in place. Check IATA for the latest information.

Currently it is not possible to book any Singapore Airlines awards using EuroBonus points. Singapore Airlines is currently not releasing any award space to partners.

Some airlines are currently limiting the number of days in advance that awards can be booked. For example, Thai awards are currently only available up to 89 days in advance.
